Jill Verzino
Co-FOUNDER
Jill is an avid painter, baker, and home cook. She has years of experience growing fruits and vegetables at Evergreen Berry Farm, Fordham University’s Saint Rose’s Garden, Simply Smiles, and her Italian grandparents’ immaculate backyard vegetable garden in Waterbury, CT. She holds degrees in Fine Art and Environmental Policy from Fordham University. Jill is excited to bring her myriad skills to our growing farm.
Will O’Meara
Co-FOUNDER
Will has been farming in New England since 2011. He cut his teeth at Waldingfield Farm in Washington, CT, where he most recently served as Assistant Farm Manager from 2017-2019. He holds a degree in Sustainable Food and Farming from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he helped co-manage the UMass Student Farm in 2016. He enjoys live music, boxing, and cooking recipes far more time consuming and messier than Jill.
